Vermicelli Spring Rolls

Spring rolls can be created with various fillings, one of which is vermicelli. These fried vermicelli spring rolls are perfect for snacks or business ideas. They can be served with tauco chili sauce or savory peanut sauce.

Vermicelli Spring Roll Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Spring roll skin to taste
  • 1 piece of vermicelli or about 100 grams, soak in plain water until soft
  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 2-3 pieces of cabbage, sliced
  • 1 stalk of spring onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Salt, pepper, and powdered broth to taste
  • Water to taste
  • Oil for sauteing and frying
  • tablespoon of flour, thicken with a little water for adhesive

How to make vermicelli meatballs:

  1. Heat a little oil, saute the garlic until fragrant, add the carrots and a little water, cook until half cooked.
  2. Add the vermicelli, cabbage, and spring onions. Season with salt, pepper, and stock powder, stir well. Add a little water if the vermicelli is not yet tender. Cook until done and cool. Set aside.
