Fried Vermicelli with Chicken Sausage

Fried Vermicelli with Chicken Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of vermicelli, boiled
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp margarine for sauteing
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 large red chilies, cut diagonally
  • 200 grams of chicken fillet, cut
  • 5 meatballs, cut
  • 2 beef sausages, cut
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tsp water
  • 2 stalks of spring onions, cut diagonally
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp oil for sauteing

How to make vermicelli meatballs:

  1. Saute the eggs until granulated. Add vermicelli, salt, and pepper powder.  Stir until absorbed. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauce: saute the garlic, onion, and large red chilies until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken. Stir until it changes color. Add the meatballs and sausages. Stir again.
  4. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and granulated sugar. Stir well. Pour in the water. Cook the vermicelli until boiling.
  5. Add the cornstarch solution. Cook until thick. Add the spring onions and sesame oil. Stir well. Pour the sauce over the vermicelli. Serve the fried chicken vermicelli while warm. Enjoy for breakfast.
