Fried Shrimp Vermicelli

Vermicelli is a type of noodle made from rice or corn flour, it is easy to prepare. You can make vermicelli into fried shrimp vermicelli with garlic, shallots, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, spring onions and lime juice. Shrimp Fried Vermicelli Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of shrimp, peeled and washed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 125 grams of vermicelli, soaked in warm water for 2 minutes then drained
  • 1 stalk of spring onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 50 ml water 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • Fried onions to taste for sprinkling

Fine Seasoning:

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 5 cloves of shallots
  • 1 piece of ginger

How to make Fried shrimp vermicelli:
